Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Job Summary
Lead up to 55 employees in directing work scheduling and assignment to meet productivity, serviceability, quality, and cost targets. Provide leadership during equipment installations, troubleshooting, and failures while driving preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives. Develop and sustain maintenance programs, conduct inspections, and manage work orders through the eMaint system. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations by enforcing protocols and mitigating risks. Coach team members through technical guidance, skills training, and performance feedback. Partner with production teams to coordinate after-hours issues and schedule non-production maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of activities and metrics to drive continuous improvement. Work the third shift from 11:30 PM Sunday to 7:30 AM Friday at the Lawrence Manufacturing plant, with occasional weekend work as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years supervising direct reports
- Associate's degree or higher
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must sign the Employment Agreement
- Must sign an agreement to arbitrate in connection with the Hallmark Dispute Resolution Program
- Must complete Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Must pass the urinalysis drug screen
- Must complete education verification
- Must pass satisfactory reference checks
- Must be available for third shift operation beginning Sunday night 11:30PM working until 7:30AM
- Must be available for occasional weekend work for those on a M-F weekly shift
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or production operations
- Experience managing direct reports in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or manufacturing operations
- Working knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices
- Experience leading, coaching, or training maintenance personnel in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), preferably eMaint
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
