Job Summary
Lead the maintenance team at the Russellville, Arkansas facility by overseeing operations, driving equipment reliability, and prioritizing projects to achieve plant uptime and cost objectives. Monitor production line downtime and equipment performance to identify trends, while partnering with operations to eliminate failures and maximize asset reliability. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs including oil, vibration, and infrared analysis, and optimize frequencies to improve workforce utilization. Train and coach employees on safe work practices, enforce plant safety standards, and interpret technical documentation to support capital projects and equipment improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Knowledge of electronic and electrical principles
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
- Experience interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation
- This is an onsite position based at the Russellville plant

- You may be required to kneel
- You may be required to perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination
- You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size
