Maintenance Supervisor 3rd shift 2-2-3 schedule

Job Summary
Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians to drive safety, quality, and performance while troubleshooting and repairing production equipment like fillers, labelers, and cappers. Own and improve preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime, conduct root cause analysis, and implement real solutions. Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS to ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards. Coach your crew, manage work orders, and diagnose mechanical and electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V. Work the 3rd shift on a 2-2-3 schedule in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise and exposure to moving machinery.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising a maintenance team
- Background in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical & electrical systems (24V–480V)
- Ability to diagnose issues (motors, VFDs, PLCs, etc.)
- Understanding of production equipment and line operations
- Experience with preventative maintenance systems and work orders
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- PLC (Allen Bradley), pneumatics, hydraulics experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Work in a production/warehouse environment with moderate noise
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of tools and equipment
- Exposure to moving machinery, forklifts, and powered industrial equipment
- Successful completion of a drug and/or alcohol test
