Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for hands-on maintenance work and leading the service team to keep the community safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. Oversees day-to-day maintenance, repairs across HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems, vendor management, and capital projects in coordination with the General Manager; includes supervising and developing maintenance staff, coordinating turns to meet leasing deadlines, and ensuring safety and compliance across budgets and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience
- Experience in multifamily or student housing environments
- EPA, HVAC, or CPO certifications (as applicable)
