Maintenance Supervisor - 2rd Shift (1:30-10pm 6 days a week)

Supervise maintenance employees to keep production machinery, material handling systems, and building infrastructure in optimal operating condition. Responsibilities include assigning urgent repair work to minimize downtime, managing spare parts and maintenance programs, ensuring timely completion of work orders and documentation, approving parts orders within policy, coordinating with other departments, keeping the maintenance shop orderly, providing after-hours coverage, selecting and coaching maintenance staff, ensuring safety and food-safety compliance, and scheduling seven-day department coverage with timecard oversight. Requires strong communication, leadership, and proficiency with MS Office; experience in HVAC, Electrical/Electronic, and Mechanical trades; and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
