Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Lead the maintenance team by executing general and preventative maintenance schedules while independently managing shift operations. Hold technicians accountable for job execution, teamwork, and attendance, and set daily priorities aligned with production leadership needs. Own shift-level equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and lead root cause analysis on repeat failures. Review work planning with the planner to determine accuracy of time and parts, and ensure proper documentation and escalation of identified issues. Enforce compliance with all safety rules, maintain clean work areas, and provide clear shift reports to the 1st shift leadership. Assist with purchasing parts, lead assigned maintenance projects, and train staff on proper tools and processes. Manage team time in Paylocity and attend workshops to improve leadership skills.
