Maintenance Supervisor/2nd Shift - South Bend, IN

Oversee a maintenance team on the 2nd shift in South Bend, IN. Coordinate schedules and workflow for the team responsible for repairs and preventive maintenance across the facility. Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities and lead reactive, predictive, and preventive maintenance and machine repair. Manage vendor relationships for trash removal, grounds, power, janitorial, water/sewer, HVAC, and related contracts. Ensure OSHA compliance, develop and track KPIs for maintenance performance, and participate in lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage spare-parts inventory and participate in planning meetings to determine space, personnel, and equipment requirements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of manufacturing experience, with 3-6 years of leadership experience preferred and experience managing outside service contractors.
