Responsibilities include developing maintenance programs, ensuring timely completion of work orders, approving parts orders, providing necessary equipment for maintenance staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a clean maintenance shop. Manage staff performance, provide training, evaluate personnel, and ensure safety compliance. Requires five years of relevant experience, two to three years in a supervisory role, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of experience in vocational trades
- Two to three years of supervisory experience in maintenance or production
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
