Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift at Electrolux Group in Kingston, NC. Directly supervise and coach Maintenance Technicians; drive OEE improvements using EMS Lean tools; manage CMMS-driven maintenance programs; oversee capital improvement projects including costing, vendor selection and project management; organize multiple priorities and solve equipment/maintenance/manufacturing-method problems; implement root cause analysis with maintenance technicians; requires an Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance or related field, 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience; strong ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints; experience with PLC, pneumatic and motor controls; familiarity with uptime improvements, scrap reduction, and CMMS/Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance or related field
- 5 years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing
- Minimum 3 years of prior supervisory experience
- Experience leading projects in the field of manufacturing maintenance groups
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and blueprints
- Experience and understanding of PLC, pneumatic and motor controls in a continuous process system
- Experience in uptime improvements, scrap reduction processes and ownership of area OEE and process delivery results
- A proficient understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office proficiency
