Maintenance Supervisor - 2626 Fountainview

This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical maintenance to ensure the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards. Responsibilities include handling resident service work orders, diagnosing defects, completing make-ready tasks for vacant units, overseeing pre-move inspection and punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, maintaining inventory and supplies, conducting monthly preventative maintenance, assisting with budget development, and ensuring safety compliance (OSHA/MSDS). The position requires strong customer service, ability to read/write effectively, and proficiency with administrative tools; incidental travel and a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends/holidays) may be required.
