Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor position overseeing assigned maintenance staff at a Manhattan facility. Responsible for interior/exterior upkeep, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, preventive maintenance of HVAC and domestic hot water systems, and ensuring inspection/maintenance of elevators, sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and extinguishers. Will arrange and oversee outside contractors, handle deliveries, move furniture, and participate in fire safety activities and drills. On-call responsibilities may require early or late hours. English communication required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Vaccination preferred but not required. Location is Manhattan, NY; full-time hours 37.5/week, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm. Required Qualifications
- Five years experience in building maintenance
- Prior supervisory experience
- High school diploma or GED
