Job Summary
Manage and mentor a skilled maintenance team to plan, execute, and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventive programs, equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and rebuilds. Ensure plant equipment remains in top operating condition by organizing regular work schedules, reviewing procedures, and collaborating with operations to minimize downtime. Supervise associates to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards while selecting, training, and coaching staff. Monday through Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent technical education.
- 0-3 years of related experience.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Troubleshooting ability and technical knowledge of production, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
- Strong communication, problem‐solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must wear and use protective and safety equipment as required.
