Job Summary
Safely perform and/or coordinate scheduled and unscheduled equipment and building maintenance, including the troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and installation of equipment. Training and supervision of work executed by Maintenance Technicians. Owner of Preventive Maintenance Process and associated performance metrics. Member of Safety Committee. Other duties may be assigned. Essential duties include creating, implementing, and operating a predictive and preventive maintenance program for the facility, grounds, and all plant equipment, including actual maintenance/repairs as appropriate across automatic press-lines, manual presses, robotic welders, hydraulic/pneumatic equipment, forklifts, overhead cranes, air compressors, HVAC units, alarm systems, garage doors, facility infrastructure, safety labeling, lock-out/tag-out, and training personnel for safe operation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years prior essential duty related experience, preferably in a metal stamping and welding environment.
