Maintenance Supervisor - 13-12 Beach Channel Dr

Maintenance Supervisor overseeing assigned maintenance staff and facility upkeep; perform repairs requiring carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical skills; assist the Facility Manager with preventative maintenance of boiler and domestic hot water systems, and conduct inspections of elevators, sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems and fire extinguishers. Coordinate and oversee outside contractors, ensure fuel deliveries, receive/store maintenance supplies, lift and move equipment as needed; participate in fire safety activities, including fire drills, and be on-call for emergencies. Requires five years of building maintenance experience, supervisory experience preferred, an HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; certificate of fitness for Fire Safety Director preferred; vaccination preferred but not required.
