Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for leading a 24/7 maintenance team in a food/beverage manufacturing operation. Oversees mechanical and electrical maintenance to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), collaborates with Production to ensure correct set-ups and safe, efficient operation, and trains staff in procedures, safety protocols (LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work), and best practices. Drives preventive maintenance via CMMS, coordinates with Maintenance Scheduler, partners with Project Engineering on design/installation efforts, and pursues continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Requires a BS or AAS in mechanical/electrical engineering, 2–5 years leading a maintenance team, 5 years in relevant industries, strong communication, and certification in plant maintenance or Lean Six Sigma.
Required Qualifications
- AAS or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 2 to 5 years’ experience leading a Maintenance Team supporting a 24/7 continuous manufacturing operation
- 5 years’ experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical industry and/or high speed packaged consumer goods manufacturing environment
- Effective communication skills

- Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management System software along with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
- Lean manufacturing and/or Lean Six Sigma experience
- Certified Plant Maintenance Professional
