Job Summary
Supervise all maintenance of the physical condition and appearance of the property, including grounds, internal, and exterior areas. Organize and manage overall maintenance operations, ensuring all service requests are completed daily while coordinating curb appeal, timely work requests, and quality turnover schedules. Generate and manage an effective on-call schedule, performing effective emergency after-hours maintenance as required. Lead punch lists for vacated units to ensure move-in readiness and negotiate prices with vendors and contractors. Provide ongoing training and leadership to maintenance staff while maintaining all contracts and warranties.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current driver's license
- Proof of automobile insurance
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and balance
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to be on-call for emergencies
- Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
