Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS
- Ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently
- Availability for emergency situations including on-call rotation
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification
- EPA certification
- NAPE certification
- Advanced skill in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair
- Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology platforms
