MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT - Williston Pointe

Maintenance Superintendent responsible for preserving and maintaining the property, adhering to OSHA Standards and company safety policies. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and related trades, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, maintaining accurate records of work orders, inspections, and inventories, training and supervising colleagues, coordinating with the Community Manager, and participating in standby emergency coverage (evenings, weekends, holidays). Requires strong safety awareness, ability to read manuals and service requests, effective communication with management, residents and vendors, and readiness to travel as needed for property business. Education and hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, refurbishing and cleaning, and air conditioning; High School Diploma or Equivalent; EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days; ability to safely operate tools and assist with maintenance of amenities (pools, spas, fitness equipment, etc.). The on-site maintenance team must avoid venting Freon and adhere to refrigerant handling rules.
