MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT - Williston Pointe

Maintenance Superintendent oversees preservation and upkeep of the property under OSHA standards and company safety policies; responsibilities include conducting hazard assessments, performing preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance, maintaining records and work orders, ensuring compliance with local codes, coordinating with the Community Manager, providing training to colleagues, and participating in standby emergency coverage. Requires knowledge of HVAC systems, ability to troubleshoot fan motors, thermostats, contractors, and related components, and EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire/promotion. High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
