Maintenance Superintendent

Lead a team of mechanical, electrical, and controls technicians to ensure safe and efficient operation of production equipment. Monitor and manage key performance indicators, oversee multi-year capital planning, and drive continuous improvement through root cause failure analysis and troubleshooting. Enforce environmental, health, and safety programs including hot work policies, confined space procedures, and hazard energy management while conducting regular safety audits. Direct preventive maintenance programs, manage material and labor cost forecasting, and lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex manufacturing issues. Ensure compliance with federal and local regulations while providing leadership, training, and performance appraisals for all maintenance personnel.
