Maintenance Superintendent - The Gardens at Gananda

Oversee maintenance operations for residential communities, plan and implement a Preventative Maintenance Schedule, prepare turnover-ready apartments, and conduct inspections of buildings and grounds. Maintain heaters, air conditioners, and other equipment; inspect control equipment and components for faults. Perform maintenance and repairs in apartments, common areas, and parking lots, including turnover cleaning, painting, and snow removal. Plan and participate in grounds programs (mowing, trimming, landscaping). Review invoices and maintain documentation. Inspect and maintain buildings, grounds, and public areas; coordinate with Community Leader on deficiencies. Maintain records (manuals, SDS, inventory) and provide direction to contracted staff. Provide on-call coverage for emergencies and manage work orders, subcontracting, and insurance compliance.
