Job Summary
Maintenance Superintendent role overseeing the preservation and upkeep of a multi-family property, enforcing OSHA standards and company safety policies. Requires on-site maintenance duties including HVAC troubleshooting (with Freon restrictions), electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and refurbishing, and coordination for preventive maintenance, inspections, and vendor obligations. Must maintain records, train colleagues, and participate in standby emergency coverage; strong communication, safety, and regulatory compliance skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire/promotion
- Knowledge of property HVAC units
