Job Summary
Maintenance Superintendent at Sterling Village in Pennsauken, NJ: coordinates day-to-day work orders using the Maintenance Software, handles emergencies without supervision, interfaces with outside agencies and contractors, communicates effectively with residents, ensures housekeeping tasks are completed, operates and maintains boilers, pumps, valves, gauges, and related equipment, performs repairs in apartments, houses, and common areas as issued by the manager, and inspects units after tenant move-in/move-out.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Must have clean driving record
- 5 years experience as a maintenance technician or 2 years experience as a maintenance superintendent or supervisor
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus!
