Job Summary
Maintenance Superintendent for 2nd shift responsible for supporting daily maintenance operations and providing oversight for Supervisors and Technicians. Ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, HAZMAT; maintain maintenance and repairs per company, state and federal policies; work with supervisors to maximize equipment reliability while minimizing costs. Requires high school diploma, 3+ years supervisory experience, and 4+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing. Demonstrates leadership and organizational skills; physical ability to stand/walk during shift, exposure to noise and production environments, and use of PPE. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years supervisory experience
