Maintenance Superintendent

Job Summary
Lead, direct, and develop all Maintenance personnel to deliver consistent results in a heavy manufacturing environment. Communicate and enforce safety, health, and environmental policies, JSA directives, LOTO, and PPE usage; manage labor relations, budgeting, and resource scheduling; promote preventive/predictive maintenance, monitor equipment to ensure smooth material flow, and maintain 24-hour accountability. Foster cross-functional collaboration, coach supervision and trades staff, and drive continuous improvement in operations and maintenance programs. On-site leadership in Kokomo, IN.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing Environment
- 5+ years in Heavy Manufacturing or Maintenance
- 3-5 years management/supervisory experience
- OSHA Training
- Preventive/Predictive Maintenance
- Written and oral communications
- Organization
