Job Summary
The Maintenance Superintendent will supervise maintenance staff, develop preventative maintenance programs, and coordinate repairs of equipment and facilities. The role requires strong leadership skills, experience in industrial maintenance—preferably in the meat or food industry—and familiarity with CMMS systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance environment; meat/food industry preferred
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in various conditions and temperatures
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
- Understand budgeting and planning
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a CMMS system; Manager + preferred
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and practices.
- Experience managing a team and parts room responsibilities.
- Versed in all Microsoft Office applications
