Job Summary
Maintenance role responsible for carpentry, basic electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, and support of bank buildings/properties. Includes light plumbing, carpentry with drills and saws, electrical work (outlets, switches, ballasts, light fixtures, wiring, circuit breaks), drywall work, and management of maintenance staff and rental spaces. Provides parking lot/grounds upkeep, snow/ice removal, and occasional overnight travel; requires flexible hours and strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to perform tasks throughout the facility and handle physical demands (lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders). Location: Salina, KS. Full-time position with up to 50% travel across footprint.
