Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance on company buildings and grounds, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, drywall, and concrete/masonry tasks. Execute specific duties such as cutting copper pipes, soldering, installing sinks, removing cabinets, staining trim, replacing outlets and switches, running wiring, laying concrete walks, and performing landscaping. Work flexible hours while maintaining the appearance of all properties. This full-time role supports Sunflower Bank's mission to serve communities by ensuring facility safety and functionality.

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous building and ground maintenance experience
