Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance on company buildings and grounds, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, drywall, and concrete/masonry. Execute tasks such as cutting copper pipes, soldering, installing sinks and garbage disposals, removing and installing cabinets and countertops, fixing outlets and switches, running wiring, replacing circuit breakers, and laying concrete walks or slabs. Manage landscaping, lawn, and shrub care while operating tools like routers, saws, drills, and gauges. Work flexible hours with significant walking, standing, bending, and occasional ladder use to lift objects up to 50 pounds. This role supports Sunflower Bank, N.A.'s mission to serve communities as the financial backbone of their lives.
Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous building and ground maintenance experience
