Job Summary
The part-time Building Maintenance staff at Arborwood Preserve will perform general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including electrical, mechanical, and structural tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of both the interior and exterior facilities, identifying and reporting needed supplies, and performing miscellaneous duties as required. Candidates should possess knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment.
Required Qualifications
