Maintenance Staff – Full-Time role at Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation. Responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, safety inspections, life safety and preventative maintenance tasks, and documenting activities. Manage electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems; prioritize and complete work orders via electronic tracking; maintain supplies and prepare resident rooms for new or discharging occupants. Perform troubleshooting and repair of facility equipment and infrastructure; assist with emergency maintenance as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma; HVAC certification or electrical experience preferred; minimum 2 years maintenance experience in long-term care preferred; knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry procedures a plus; must be detail-oriented and able to work independently or with a team.
