Job Summary
Maintenance Staff needed at the Eagan outlet Mall to maintain professional appearance, perform ramp/garage cleaning, waste removal, and assist with snow removal and minor ramp repairs. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of maintenance/janitorial experience; must be technically and mechanically inclined with familiarity of hand tools and small power tools. Part-time schedule with shifts including weekdays and weekends; $16.50 per hour with benefits such as PTO, 401(k) after six months, and medical/dental/vision after eligibility. Strong integrity, reliability, and ability to work unsupervised, plus English language proficiency, are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one year maintenance, janitorial, or related experience
- Technically and mechanically inclined
- Familiarity with hand tools and small power tools
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and converse in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
