Job Summary
Respond to guest repair requests and acknowledge guests according to company standards while addressing their concerns. Complete maintenance work orders from all departments by following standard operating procedures, prioritizing assignments and organizing tasks under pressure. Operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems, interpreting meter readings and troubleshooting equipment including HVAC, lamps, and toilets. Perform preventive maintenance duties such as lubrication, filter changes, and fire extinguisher checks to prevent costly breakdowns. Monitor fire alarm and life safety systems as necessary, reading blueprints and schematic drawings to analyze problems and implement solutions. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and secure tools and supplies throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education or GED
- Minimum of two years experience in Maintenance
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
