Job Summary
Conduct minor repairs to plumbing fixtures, electrical equipment, appliances, locks, and windows. Perform general carpentry, plastering, and painting work. Maintain boilers, heating, ventilating, and related equipment. Check grounds periodically for safety hazards and remove snow from driveways, parking lots, and sidewalks. Assist with scheduling vehicle repairs and keep all tools, equipment, and keys in inventory. Complete maintenance requests as assigned by supervisor and maintain applicable documentation. Participate in an on-call rotation for afterhours coverage. Serve as a mentor and instructor for participants interested in learning maintenance skills. This role requires Act 33/34 and FBI clearances, a valid PA driver's license, and daily travel to sites in the Great Pittsburgh area.
