Job Summary
Senior maintenance role focusing on the design, installation, maintenance, testing, adjustment, and repair of mechanical and electrical components across the plant and warehouses. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, installing and repairing systems, guiding operators on safe operation, conducting root-cause analyses, maintaining maintenance records, utilizing SAP and Augmentir for repair history and parts lookup, and coordinating with shift teams to meet production goals. Requires 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, a preferred 2-year Associates degree, English proficiency, ability to obtain a PIT license, and willingness to work overtime and alternate shifts. Includes retention bonus, night-shift differential, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of demonstrated maintenance mechanical/electrical experience in an industrial setting
- 2-year Maintenance or Mechanical/Electrical Associates Degree preferred
- Successful completion of the skills assessment process at Lake Land
- Must be able to fluently read, write, and comprehend English
- Ability to obtain a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operator license
- Ability to complete written and driving examination required to obtain a PIT license
- Ability to work overtime and plant holidays, as scheduled, and to work on alternate shifts to facilitate training and to cover the opposite shift
- Must be able to provide your own tools not provided by Graphic Packaging International
