Job Summary
Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections of buildings; perform daily routine emergency maintenance on buildings; perform basic HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance, and repairs; install electrical equipment such as radios, electric motors, and switches; maintain and make repairs to buildings, passenger boarding bridges, and baggage conveyor belts; demonstrate reliable workmanship and safety practices on a 2nd shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- high school diploma or GED
- Two (2) years’ experience in carpentry, plumbing, heating, and cooling maintenance, electrical and/or building maintenance
- Possess a valid Ohio driver’s license, in good standing
- Knowledge of general building maintenance
- Able to organize work and meet deadlines
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (marijuana testing included; medical marijuana cards not acceptable)
