Maintenance Specialist

Maintenance Specialist role focused on keeping the grounds, facility, and equipment in safe, clean, and orderly condition. Responsibilities include routine maintenance on buildings and systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical), servicing heating/cooling units, cleaning windows and lights, performing housekeeping tasks in high places, replenishing supplies, driving a company vehicle if needed, and following supervisor instructions. Requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, visitors, and staff; candidate should be able to relate to and work with physically or mentally ill, elderly, or emotionally upset individuals.
