Job Summary
Perform daily, event, and regularly scheduled cleaning and maintenance projects, including carpet repair, painting, elevator repair, and HVAC upkeep. Oversee assigned maintenance tasks such as plumbing and electrical work to ensure the venue functions optimally before, during, and after concerts. Assist with inspecting systems to detect malfunctions, develop standard procedures for asset maintenance, and coordinate with outside vendors for repairs. Schedule and supervise part-time cleaners according to the venue event calendar. This role requires immediate knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be organized with prior supervision experience and capable of climbing, crawling, and bending in a high-pressure environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalency
- 0-2 years Of related work experience
- Organized with previous supervision experience
- Experience in proper cleaning solutions and overall repair/maintenance
- Must have immediate knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing systems
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Must be able to climb, crawl, bend, and stoop with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC experience a plus
- National Electrical Code a plus
- Basic computer skills preferred
