Maintenance Specialist I performs basic facility maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, groundskeeping, and other skilled trades; works independently or as a member of a work crew, exercising a substantial degree of independence in planning and organizing their own work and performs related work as assigned; maintains accurate inventory of maintenance parts; requires associates degree or equivalent vocational education; valid drivers license; Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm; driving required.
