Maintenance Specialist, Engineering

Job Summary
Develop and implement robust maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and condition-based plans for production and utility equipment. Conduct Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis and risk assessments to prioritize improvements, while assessing spare parts strategies and coordinating Life Cycle Asset Management. Act as a Subject Matter Expert on reliability engineering, supporting new equipment commissioning and performing root cause analyses on failures and unplanned downtimes. This role requires an MSc or BSc in engineering with experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology maintenance, fluent English, and a focus on GMP-regulated environments. Based in Denmark or the Greater Malmø area, you will join AGC Biologics' Engineering Process Optimization team to drive equipment reliability and support life-changing therapies.
Required Qualifications
- MSc, BSc, or BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Machine or Production Engineering (or similar technical discipline)
- Several years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or related technical functions
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and the importance of thorough documentation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Candidates who are already based in Denmark or the Greater Malmø area
