Job Summary
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on farm electrical systems, process controllers, and equipment to ensure efficient operation. Assemble, install, test, and maintain wiring, fixtures, and appliances while diagnosing malfunctions using test equipment to locate breakdowns. Inspect systems for hazards, defects, and code compliance; test circuit continuity with voltmeters and mega-ohmmeters. Install ground leads, connect power cables to motors, and pull insulated wires through conduits in designated partitions. Monitor farm electrical loads to prevent exceeding thresholds and conduct routine safety inspections on operating equipment. Maintain on-call availability during off-hours and rest days to support all farms. Comply with 5'S activities, ISO 9001:2000 standards, and food safety policies regarding Halal and quality management. Recommend Kaizen improvements for departmental quality enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering or BS Electronics & Communications Engineering
- Working knowledge of instrumentation technology; electrical/electronics circuit design, troubleshooting and repair
- Knowledge and understanding of Farm technology
- Familiarity with Panel board and other electronic device analysis and troubleshooting
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably with at least three (3) years work experience in related field
