Job Summary
Maintenance Specialist to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, perform preventative maintenance and root cause analysis, handle facility upkeep (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors), perform interior repairs, manage vendor/contractor relationships, maintain inspection records for fire/safety, support snow removal and outdoor maintenance, participate in safety initiatives and OSHA compliance, and cover off-hours alarm response.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and general facility systems
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and fix complex issues
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and jump in wherever needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to be standing / walking throughout your shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort in working in varying conditions (including heights and outdoor elements during all seasons)
- OSHA 10 hour certification (or willingness to obtain after hire)
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations
- Forklift or equipment operation experience (or willingness to learn)
