Job Summary
Maintenance Specialist responsible for a variety of groundskeeping, maintenance, and repair tasks to keep facility, equipment, and grounds safe and functional. Requires hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance, with a focus on safety and teamwork. Responsibilities include performing daily maintenance tasks, reading and following written and verbal instructions, interpreting blueprints and building specifications, and using computer tools as needed. Candidates should have basic mechanical aptitude, knowledge of maintenance practices, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team in a healthcare setting.
