Job Summary
The Maintenance Specialist role involves lot maintenance, carpentry, troubleshooting minor issues, and conducting site inspections for new manufactured homes. Responsibilities include the setup and maintenance of manufactured homes and performing courtesy cosmetic services such as sheetrock repair, painting, and door installations. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to work in extreme weather conditions. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of maintenance and carpentry experience.
