Job Summary
The Maintenance Specialist position involves lot maintenance, carpentry, troubleshooting minor issues, and conducting site inspections for new manufactured homes. The role includes responsibilities for the setup and maintenance of manufactured homes, as well as providing courtesy cosmetic services such as sheetrock repair, painting, and door installation. Excellent customer service skills are necessary, and the candidate must have a clean driving record.

- 1 year of maintenance experience (Preferred)
