Job Summary
Implement equipment maintenance to ensure effective and reliable operation, carrying out preventative and corrective work according to job work lists and agreed schedules. Develop and implement a Maintenance Management Master Plan using tools such as RCM, RCA, FTA, and KPIs to improve processes. Manage and implement Capex/CI projects to improve production capacity and productivity while keeping them on time and meeting expectations. Requires more than three years of equipment management experience, relevant engineering education, and familiarity with PLC software tools. This role contributes to ABB's mission of helping industries run leaner and cleaner by combining best minds and technologies to elevate performance.
Required Qualifications
- More than 3 years working experience in equipment management
- College education or above
- Mechanical engineering, electrical automation or relevant field
- Good communication skill
- Basic English skill
- Good computer operation skills
- Familiar with PLC software tools
