Job Summary
Oversee daily execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance for equipment, production lines, and facilities while defining maintenance plans for new installations. Solve major technical problems, respond to emergencies and breakdowns, and propose improvement projects to optimize operational and energy efficiency. Manage and update technical documentation, coordinate spare parts, and lead technical personnel to ensure reliability, maintainability, and safety. This onsite role supports ABB Electrification Installation Products in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon, contributing to global efforts in sustainable solutions and energy efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of professional experience in maintenance or engineering activities
- Knowledge of: ISO9001, OSHAS1801 & 1400
- Experience with industrial machinery equipment
- Management of technical personnel
- Experience with: Activity and project tracking, equipment commissioning and release, equipment transfers, identification of critical spare parts, experience in tracking and coordinating GDC activities
- Experience with electronic and power circuits
- PLC programming and control systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- English communication skills in an intermediate level
