Job Summary
Oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance for equipment, production lines, and facilities to optimize technical and financial resources. Manage and update technical documentation while working with engineering teams to specify maintenance plans for new production lines. React promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, and malfunctions to minimize production disruption, and propose process improvements that reduce maintenance costs and enhance operational efficiency. Implement health, safety, and environmental guidelines while consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety. Solve major technical challenges to achieve higher performance and maintain a backlog of specialist technical and engineering skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years working as a maintenance technician
- Data Analysis & Reporting experience
- Knowledge of Engineering & Manufacturing Processes
- Planned Maintenance & Backlog
- Specialist Technical & Engineering Skills
- Knowledge and use of tools – tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed
- Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs
- Candidates must already have work authorization to work in the US
