Job Summary
The Maintenance Associate repairs, installs, and maintains machinery, equipment, and physical structures in commercial or industrial settings. Essential duties include inspecting and testing machinery and equipment, dismantling defective machines, cleaning and lubricating machine parts, making repairs, and conducting preventative maintenance. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, relevant licenses, repair work experience, and skills in customer service and negotiation. Physical strength and good hand-eye coordination are necessary, along with a valid state driver’s license.
