Maintenance

Perform routine maintenance throughout the property, including painting, caulking, shampooing carpets, and removing trash from exterior and interior areas. Execute minor adjustments on HVAC systems, repair or replace air conditioning units, and fix room furniture, fixtures, and equipment like television sets and light fixtures. Resolve work orders reported in a timely manner while responding to guestroom needs, and clean and maintain exterior areas, the swimming pool, and public spaces. Answer and document incoming calls from housekeepers, supervisors, front desk, and guests; report major repairs to the Maintenance Manager and work with contractors on special projects. Ensure proper usage and organization of supplies, tools, and carts while complying with all hotel policies. Requires rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
